today we did an assessment better ways to eat healthy and we talked about smoking and then we went around the classroom and we answer some questions that the teacher give use and then he passed out a paper then we had to answer one question

Dear god letter
Dear God, I’m upset because my girlfriend was rape and beat up and I could not do anything about it. I wish I could done something about it because that’s my girlfriend and I love her so much. I really want to kill this man but I know I cannot do that. my woman getting raped and my wife in jail… how do i deal lord. I really do feel helpless. i really can’t do nothing because i’ll get killed . I still got kids to take care of. I just want things to get better. jesus take the will and please help me because i can’t do what i want , I just want things to get better.

today we did a warm up about what is the definition of happy. then we read letters 29-35 and took notes about what we learn about it then we have homework to finish at home tonight. then we working on a worksheet in class today
